Easy read patient information

To ensure we are providing information to patients in accessible formats, we have produced a number of our most commonly used information leaflets in Easy Read format.

Easy Read is a way of presenting information that uses simple language and images to make it easier to understand. It's often used for people with learning disabilities, but it can also be helpful for others, such as people with low literacy levels, English as a second language, dementia, or who have had a stroke.
