The Patient Voice Awards celebrates and honours healthcare providers who go above and beyond to prioritise patient experiences and place patient voices at the heart of their care. The Hospital of the Year award honours a hospital that actively collects and integrates patient feedback to enhance services, build trust, foster transparency and place the patient firmly at the forefront of their patient-centred care approach.
Moorfields Private offers every patient the opportunity to provide anonymous feedback via Doctify – both through publicly available and verified reviews and through a patient survey. The results are shared monthly with every member of the Moorfields Private team and each department has an action plan to improve services based on patient feedback.
